SQUASH GROUP TRAINING

Our Squash Group Training Sessions are meticulously structured to accommodate a variety of participant groups. Our Mixed Sessions, conducted by our experienced coach, Jayne, take place every Monday from 6:00pm to 7:30pm. Jayne also leads an exclusive Women-Only Session every Monday from 7:30pm to 8:30pm and Wednesday from 6:30pm to 7:30pm. For those at the beginner to intermediate levels, join Matt every Thursday from 7:30pm to 8:30pm, specifically designed to refine your basic skills and techniques. Matt also hosts a session for intermediate to advanced players every Thursday from 8:30pm to 9:30pm, perfect for those wanting to escalate their game to the next level. SQUASH 1:1 COACHING

For individuals seeking a more personalised coaching experience, we offer One-to-One Squash Coaching Sessions with our esteemed coaches, Matt and Jayne. Your progress is personally mentored by either Matt or Jayne, ensuring that each session is optimised to propel your game forward, irrespective of your skill level. Kindly note that availability for these One-to-One sessions is subject to the coaches' schedules.
