Functions
The venue is conveniently situated on the edge of Pontefract town centre being close to the M62/A1 and M1 and has its own private car parking facilities.
We have several rooms available which may be hired for private childrens or adults parties, engagements, wedding receptions, birthdays, christenings, funerals or any other function agreed with the club. Food and music are both available should they be required although we do allow self catering as an option if preferred. We have rooms which are suitable for corporate and business meetings with catering available if required.
Function Room
This room is suitable for almost any type of celebration or formal event, being self-contained with its own bar and dance floor/conference area. It has recently been renovated to a very high standard and the new solid wood tables and leather chairs can be configured to suit your requirements. This room will accommodate any size party up to 120 people (around 70 seated).
Members Lounge
This room is located in the heart of the building and is the largest available, holding up to 200 people (around 100 seated). It has recently been renovated in a high end quality contemporary style. It has its own well stocked bar with catering facilities if required, and a smaller but more than adequate sized dance floor. Once again the furniture is not fixed which provides flexibility with lay-out design to suit any requirement.
Meeting/Training Rooms
We have several rooms which are suitable for use by any number of people for meetings of all descriptions or as a training facility. Choose from the formal Function Room which we can configure to suit your requirements with its own break-out area, our seminar room within our sports hall or our small or large meeting room within the main building. Whatever your requirement we have a room to suit!
