Sponsorships for Yorkshire Premier League 2026/27

Sponsor a Pontefract Yorkshire Premier League Player

Pontefract Squash & Leisure Club is inviting local businesses to sponsor an individual player during the 2026/27 Yorkshire Premier League season. The new player-sponsorship initiative offers businesses an affordable way to support Pontefract’s Yorkshire Premier League campaign while gaining visibility through the club’s player and team graphics.

How player sponsorship works

Businesses can select an available Pontefract Yorkshire Premier League player and sponsor them for the season. The sponsorship fees are:

• £200 for a regular Yorkshire Premier League player
• £100 for a less-regular Yorkshire Premier League player

This is one sponsorship fee covering the 2026/27 season. It is not a separate charge for every match in which the player competes. Once the sponsorship is confirmed, the player’s individual sponsorship card will be updated to feature the company’s logo. When the sponsored player is selected for a fixture, their individual card will be shared among the supporting images accompanying the club’s team graphic. Where available, the sponsor’s Facebook page will also be tagged or linked.

What does the sponsorship include?

Player sponsorship includes:

• Your company logo on the selected player’s individual sponsorship card
• Use of that sponsored card within relevant match-night social media content when the player is selected
• A link or tag to your business’s Facebook page where available
• Association with that player for the 2026/27 Yorkshire Premier League season

Where will the sponsor logo appear?

The company logo will appear on the sponsored player’s individual card. Player-sponsor branding will not appear on:

• The main team or squad graphic
• The players’ team shirts
• Separate match-night sponsor artwork

Pre-match articles, match reports and other editorial coverage are managed separately and are not guaranteed as part of the player-sponsorship package.

Why sponsor a player?

This scheme is designed to give local businesses a straightforward and affordable way to become involved with Yorkshire squash. Your support will contribute towards the club’s Yorkshire Premier League campaign while connecting your business with an established local sporting community. It is not intended to be a large corporate sponsorship package. Instead, it offers businesses the opportunity to support a named player and help put some additional funds into the team for the coming season.

Which players are available?

A selection of Pontefract’s Yorkshire Premier League players is currently available to sponsor. Each available player card displays the applicable sponsorship price. Availability will change as players secure sponsors, so businesses interested in a particular player are encouraged to enquire promptly.
